What are unused test fees?

Unused test fees apply to paper test orders only and are charged for blank answer sheets returned, or for answer sheets not returned in excess of 20% of tests ordered. Unused test fees are billed to the school or are included in state or district invoices if your state or district agreed to pay for unused test fees.
