Test Question Inquiries

If you find what you consider to be an error or an ambiguity in a test question, tell the test coordinator immediately after the test. You may also email [email protected].

In your inquiry, provide your name and mailing address, the date you took the PSAT/NMSQT, the name and address of your testing site, the test section and module, the test question (as well as you can remember), and an explanation of your concern about the question.

College Board will send you a written response after your inquiry has been reviewed thoroughly by subject-matter specialists. If you submit a report for what you consider to be an error or an ambiguity in a test question, you understand that College Board may need to hold your PSAT/NMSQT score for review. As a result, your score may not be available by the published release date for your administration.
