FAQ
After data is submitted, does that mean students are registered?
Submitting a data file in SSOR creates a registration roster in Step 2 of SSOR, which is visible for users assigned the SAT Suite registration role. Students must be explicitly registered by staff using the registration roster in Step 2 of SSOR to be registered for testing.
In the Registration Status column of the roster, you can check to see if a student has been registered or not. If "Not Registered" appears, then the student isn't currently registered for the test. If "Registered" appears, then the student's data has been confirmed and they've been registered to test. Once a student is registered, you'll see the timestamp of when the registration was requested in SSOR.
Note: Once you register a student, it may take up to one full business day for that student to appear in Test Day Toolkit.
Note: If the student participates in a retest, their registration timestamp won't update in SSOR—only the initial registration request timestamp will be displayed.
