New Price Adjustments
College Board is introducing new discounts for schools and districts that serve low-income students and those that administer assessments in both the fall and the spring.
Low-Income Pricing Adjustments
College Board is expanding support for schools and districts serving low-income students by providing a price discount based on the federally estimated poverty rate percentage (PR%) up to a maximum of 45%. The PR% will apply to all assessments administered to students, eliminating the need to identify those eligible for fee waivers and reductions after testing. The PR% for the 2023–24 academic year will use the U.S. Census PR% data from January 2023.
Multiple Assessment Pricing Adjustments
Districts and schools that administer both fall and spring assessments from the SAT Suite will be eligible for pricing discounts as illustrated in the scenarios below. When a state is paying for one or more assessments, all other assessments and grade levels administered by schools in that state are eligible for the multi-assessment price adjustment.
