FAQ
What can I find in the roster?
Searching and Filtering for Students
In the SSOR roster, you'll find a search tool on the left above the student data table. As you type in this box, results will start to appear as student data is matched, so you don't have to enter the entire name or ID number to see results (e.g., searching "123" will result in students with IDs: 12345, 12346, 34123; searching "sum" will result in students with names: Sumanth, Summer, Possum).
You can search for the following values:
- First Name
- Last Name
- SSD ID
- School Student ID
- District Student ID
- State Student ID
We also have a filter tool to the right of the search box. Use this tool to target groups of students in the roster. When you click on the filter button, you'll see options to filter by the following categories:
- Grades: This will display all the grades ordered for the assessment. If you don't select anything in this section, then all grades available will be displayed in the roster.
- Testing AI Code (Districts Only): This section allows you to search for and select specific schools where students are testing. If you don't select anything in this section, then all the testing schools will be displayed in the roster.
- Attending AI Code: This section allows you to search for and select schools where students attend. This includes schools where students are testing as well as schools not part of your district. If you don't select anything in this section, then all the attending schools will be displayed in the roster.
- Accommodations: This section allows you to display students who are testing with or without accommodations. If you don't select anything in this section, then students will be displayed in the roster regardless of if they're testing with accommodations or not.
- Registration Status: This section allows you to display students who are unregistered, who are registered but haven't begun testing, and who have begun testing. If you don't select anything in this section, then students will be displayed in the roster regardless of their registration status.
After you apply filter options, you can click on the filter button again to clear them out or select different filter options to see all or a different set of students.

The Other Information section displays information about who created the student record and who last updated the student's data. Please note the updated details won't be updated when students are registered; it's just updated when the student's profile information was manually edited.
