After I submit my file, does that mean students are registered?

Submitting your data file in SSOR creates a registration roster in Step 2 of SSOR, providing school users assigned the SAT Suite registration role with access to review and register students. Students must be explicitly registered by school staff using the registration roster in Step 2 of SSOR to be registered for testing.
