AP Potential Tool

The AP Potential tool helps educators identify students who are likely to succeed in Advanced Placement (AP) courses, based on their scores on the SAT, PSAT/NMSQT, PSAT 10, or PSAT 8/9.

You can easily navigate to the AP Potential tool directly from the student roster report within the K–12 reporting portal.

Steps to Access:

  1. Log in to the K–12 reporting portal.
  2. Select All Students' Scores from the homepage for a SAT Suite test.
  3. Look for a link labeled "AP Potential Tool" near the top of the roster report.
  4. Click the link to navigate to the AP Potential tool with filters pre-applied based on the student roster you're viewing.
