Available Organization Reports (Summary)

Listed below are the available reports in the K–12 reporting portal that allow you to view aggregate scores and performance at your school, district, and/or state. View each report, high-level details on the purpose of the report, and key data included in it, as well as how to access the report.

You must be assigned either the summary reports (K–12) role or the detailed reports (K–12) role to access these reports. For more information on managing reporting roles for your K–12 portal, see the "Getting Started" section of this help center.

Performance by All Students	Analyze overall school, district, or state average score and benchmark performance.	Average total and test section scores and benchmark performance; compare to school, district, state, national, and all tester averages. Performance by Demographics	Identify score and benchmark trends across student subgroups.	Aggregated score data by race/ethnicity, gender, and other demographics to support equity analysis.	Click the Average Scores (By Demographic) link on the "SAT and PSAT-Related Scores" section of the homepage.
Knowledge and Skills Report	Understand performance by test section content domain and skills.	Content domain-specific performance score bands in Reading and Writing and Math.	Click the Aggregate Knowledge and Skills link on the "SAT and PSAT-Related Scores" section of the homepage.
Growth Report	Track growth of the same students over time and predict future performance.	Long-term and paired-test growth tables; cohort-matched projections based on similar school performance.	Click the Growth Over Time link on the "Other Tools" section of the homepage.
BigFuture School Engagement	Assess overall student engagement with the BigFuture School app at your organization.	Track BigFuture School app and Connections opt-in status, outreach activities, and engagement trends in the app and Connections.	Click the Engagement Report link on the "More Online Reports & Tools" section of the homepage.
Connections™ Student Outreach Report	Track and monitor higher education institutions making outreach to your students through Connections in BigFuture School.	View the names and locations of the higher education institutions that have contacted your students and the number of students each institution has contacted.	Click the Student Outreach Report link on the "More Online Reports & Tools" section of the homepage.
Annual Cohort Reports	View aggregate performance for the most recent graduating cohort. This report is delivered as a PDF report annually each summer.	View overall and demographic scores and performance, score distributions, interquartile ranges, and score send patterns for the current graduating cohort.
