Reports for Districts and States

All reports provided to schools are also provided to districts and states. There are a few differences in district and/or state reporting:

• When viewing the Performance by All Students report, states and districts can view their own performance but also have additional tabs that provide aggregate performance at each of their schools and at each of their districts (for states only).
• Roster reports, batch student score report PDFs, and growth reports are school-based reports only. Districts and states that run these reports are required to provide the school they want to run the report for. There are no district-level or state-level options for these reports.
• Districts and states can also run a report for a specific school or for a specific district (for states only). When you run a report, you can click on the Show Selections option near the top of the report. You can change the parameters of the report, including choosing the institution the report is for.
• National Recognition Program reports are available to schools and districts only.
