March 4, 2025: Staff Assignments in Test Day Toolkit We've identified an issue affecting some coordinators who granted staff access to Test Day Toolkit before 4 p.m. ET on March 4.

If you see staff whose status changed from Confirmed to Unconfirmed and whose room assignment was removed, here’s what you need to know:

An Unconfirmed status does not affect Test Day Toolkit access. No action is needed if you already granted access to all staff.

If time allows, reassign staff to rooms. This will avoid disruptions due to proctor confusion. Tip: Save time by assigning staff from the All Rooms page.

If you don’t have time to reassign staff to rooms in Test Day Toolkit:
  1. Tell staff which room they're proctoring.
  2. Instruct them to navigate to their room from the All Rooms page. They can perform all proctoring duties even if they’re not assigned to the room in Test Day Toolkit.
  3. Make sure each proctor navigates to the correct room.

October 7, 2024: Hurricane Milton We hope that your family, colleagues, and students are all safe. We understand that some schools may be impacted by Hurricane Milton, and it may disrupt your testing schedule.
  • If it does, you do not need to contact College Board.
  • The readiness work that you've already completed is not lost.
  • The testing window ends on October 31. If you're able to safely do so, please test your students before then.
As you look into rescheduling, please consider if storm conditions may impact the safety of your students or staff, their ability to arrive on time, electricity, or Wi-Fi availability.

Reminder: You will only be invoiced for the number of tests taken within the testing window.
