How can I tell if an order was placed by my district or schools?
After an order is placed by your district, it will appear on your SSOR dashboard. You won't receive a confirmation email. Login to SSOR to see what orders have already been placed.
If you have the SAT Suite ordering role, you can also click View and Edit Order Details to see more detailed information about the orders placed by your district. If you'd like more information about the orders placed by your schools, click Export All School Order Details on the dashboard for a report containing this information:
- AI/CEEB code of each school with a school-placed order
- The name of each school with an order
- The assessment ordered by the school
- The grades ordered by the school
- The intended testing start date chosen by the school
If you find that a school placed an order for the same test and grade(s) as your district, reach out to them to cancel the duplicate school order before registration activities begin. This will help prevent issues with registration and invoicing.
