How do I update testing contacts?
Click Contact Information at the top of your SSOR dashboard to see the testing contacts currently listed for your organization. It's important to ensure contact information is accurate so you and your colleagues receive important information about testing and invoicing.
If you have the SAT Suite ordering role, you'll see the option to edit contacts if information needs to be updated. If you don't see the option to make edits, then reach out to the person at your organization who placed your order to make updates to the contacts. If you're unsure who that is, contact the SSOR access manager at your organization for more information.
