Who can access the Reports page?

If you have the Summary Reports or Detailed Reports role assigned to your College Board Professional Account, you can access the Reports page. If you have the Summary Reports role, you’ll be restricted to running aggregate reports only, and cannot run reports that include individual student scores.

If you don't have access to the Reports page when you sign into the score reporting portal, ask your access manager to assign you one of these roles. Access managers are colleagues at your institution who have the Access Management/DAT role. Find more information on reporting portal access under Granting Access and Assigning Roles.

With the Detailed Reports role, you can view scores for individual students. If you don't need to see scores for individual students, ask for the Summary Reports role.
