Who can use the Downloads page?

If you're assigned the Summary Reporting or Detailed Reporting role, you can access the Custom Reports From College Board or My Scheduled Reports pages in Downloads. You must have the Detailed Reporting role to access any reports delivered that include student-level information.

If you're assigned the File Downloads role, you can access the Raw Data Files For Your Systems page in Downloads.

If you don't have access to these pages in Downloads when you sign into the score reporting portal, ask your access manager to assign you the needed role to access. Access managers are colleagues at your institution who have the Access Management/DAT role. Find more information on reporting portal access under Granting Access and Assigning Roles.
