Why can't I get into the score reporting portal?

If you tried to sign into the reporting portal using your College Board professional account and it didn't work, it might be because your institution's access manager hasn't granted you access yet, or your access has expired. Try to sign into the portal again and follow the links to find out who to contact.

If you’re an access manager, keep in mind that the role giving you access to the Managing Access tool—Access Management/DAT—won't give you access to the reporting portal. You'll need to grant yourself one or more other roles.
