FAQ

Why can't I order some tests?

You may be restricted from ordering or allocating tests for one or more of the following reasons:

  1. The order deadline for the test may have passed.
  2. Non-U.S. schools can order or be allocated PSAT-related assessments only.
  3. You can't order any tests if you have an unpaid bill for 90 days or more.
    • SSOR will display a message letting you know you have an outstanding balance before ordering is unavailable to you. If you have any questions about payment, visit our invoicing page.
  4. You may only be able to order tests that are provided by your state.
  5. Your state may be ordering tests on your behalf.
  6. You or your state may have already ordered all the possible tests for a given school year.
  7. You may not have the proper role assigned. Review information about SAT Suite Ordering and Registration roles in the Accessing section.
