Working with Raise, the College Board Honoraria Vendor
Here is some important information about working with the College Board payment vendor, Raise.
Steps to Set Up Payment
Test center staff who participate in an SAT Weekend administration are eligible to receive honoraria.
The College Board vendor, Raise, will provide instructions on how to set up an account for honoraria. All new coordinators should receive an onboarding email from Raise approximately 60 days prior to their initial administration or within 2–3 business days if your center was recently approved for an administration that is less than 60 days away.
Once you've onboarded, follow these steps to add your staff:
- Sign in to app.raise.team.
- On the home screen, click View Staff under Upcoming Test Administration(s).
- Click the blue Add Staff button and enter staff information.
Any new staff will be invited to enroll with Raise after signing into Test Day Toolkit and agreeing to the Testing Staff Agreement. New staff will also receive a welcome email from Raise with one-time account setup instructions.
Learn more about the Raise platform, and its user-friendly web app, which makes it easy for test center coordinators and staff to register for payments, update information in real time, and track payment status on demand.
Raise will work with our international staff to reduce or eliminate foreign currency conversion fees by their local banks to the greatest extent possible.
More About Honoraria
Following each administration, you’ll submit a voucher indicating your role and the group type(s) tested at your center, which determines the honorarium.
As the test center coordinator, your honorarium is also based on the number of students registered at the test center.
