How do I register students?
There are two ways to register students in your SSOR roster:
- Registering from the student profile card.
- Click on a student's name in the roster.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the student profile card.
- Click the blue Register Student button at the bottom.
- Registering one or more students from the roster table view.
- While viewing the roster, check the checkbox to the left of one or more student name(s).
- Click the yellow Register Students button at the top right of the roster.
After you register students, their data is sent from SSOR to Test Day Toolkit. This process may take up to two hours. While students' registrations are processing from SSOR to Test Day Toolkit, you won't be able to access their student profile cards temporarily. You will see that their name is grayed out in SSOR and can't be clicked on. Once the registration is fully processed, you'll be able to access their student profile card again.
If you realize that student data needs to be edited after you've registered a student, you'll need to delete and re-add the student. Learn more about deleting and re-adding students.
