FAQ
How do student breaks work?
Bluebook times the test and starts the break automatically. Since students start their own test when they enter the start code, they'll probably take breaks at slightly different times. Students can't start or end scheduled breaks early. When their break time ends, students click a button to start the next section; no proctor action or instruction is needed. Students may also take an unscheduled break, if needed, by selecting the option in the Help menu. For these types of breaks, the proctor will need to click Allow student to continue testing in Test Day Toolkit when the student returns. Learn more about managing student breaks in the Test Coordinator Manual or Proctor Manual.
