Students with Disabilities

If you have a documented disability, you might be eligible for testing accommodations. Available accommodations include extended time, extra and extended breaks, and reading and seeing accommodations. Some accommodations are given differently on the digital test than they were on the paper and pencil test.

Getting Approval

Accommodations for the PSAT/NMSQT, PSAT 10, and PSAT 8/9 must be approved by College Board's Services for Students with Disabilities. Your school counselor can submit the request by the request deadline.

Choosing Accommodations

To get the full benefit of the PSAT 8/9, choose accommodations similar to the ones you use to complete schoolwork or take state tests.
