What's a Good SAT Score?

The average SAT score is around 1050. Any score above that would be above average. A score of 1350 would put you in the top 10% of test takers.

If you have time to take the SAT again—especially if you took it as a junior—it's possible to bring your score up considerably with practice. Your SAT score report gives you valuable information about your strengths and weaknesses to help you learn what skills to focus on.
