Administering SAT School Day

On test day, SAT School Day coordinators follow a defined schedule, equip testing rooms, and admit students to the testing area.

Instructions

  1. Before students arrive, complete preparation.

    Ensure that all staff, including proctors and monitors, have everything they need for their roles. Provide them with all required materials.

  2. Admit students.

    You can check in students in each classroom or at a central location.

  3. During the test, maintain security.

    Keep unauthorized people out of the testing area. Respond to any incidents or escalations. Also, be prepared to proctor or monitor an exam in case the designated staff is unable to do so.
