Available Student Reports (Summary)

Listed below are the available reports in the K–12 reporting portal that allow you to view scores and performance for individual students. View each report, high-level details on the purpose of the report, and key data included, as well as how to access the report.

You must be assigned the Detailed reports (K–12) role to access the majority of these reports.

The fee waiver codes report can also be accessed by individuals assigned the summary reports (K–12) role.
The electronic score reports can be accessed by individuals with the file downloads (K–12) role only.

Report Name	Purpose	Key Data	How to Access
Student Roster Report	View individual student registrations, scores, and performance.	Test registration data, scores, percentiles, benchmark indicators, knowledge and skill data, AP indicators, and score release and score hold information.	Click the All Students' Scores link on the "SAT and PSAT-Related Scores" section of the homepage. Click the Registered Students links on the "Registrations for Upcoming Tests" section of the homepage.
Student Score Report PDF	A downloadable score report that can be printed and provided to students.	Student scores, knowledge and skill data, all tester percentile ranking, and career examples aligned to student performance on the test.	Click the Download Student Score PDFs on the "SAT and PSAT-Related Scores" section of the homepage. Select students in the Roster Report, then the Score Reports option.
Student Score Labels	A downloadable PDF providing student scores in a printable label format.	Student details and scores in a label format.	Select students in the Roster Report, then the Score Labels option.
National Recognition Program Eligibility and Awards	Identify students eligible for and awarded in College Board National Recognition Programs.	Students meeting eligibility requirements for National Recognition Program designations, including awarded students.	Click the Student Eligibility and Awards links on the "More Online Reports & Tools" section of the homepage.
BigFuture School and Connections™ Student Engagement Detail	Monitor students' engagement with the BigFuture School app and engagement with college and scholarship organizations via Connections in the app.	Students accessing the BigFuture School app and engaging with college and scholarship organizations through Connections.	Click the Student Engagement Detail link on the "More Online Reports & Tools" section of the homepage.
Cohort Electronic Score Report (ESR)	Electronic score report data file with score and performance data for the current graduating cohort.	Preformatted score and performance data for the current graduating cohort. The data layout is also available as a download, along with this ESR.	Click the Cohort ESR Report link on the "Other Report Downloads" section of the homepage. You may need to access this link by clicking See More in this section.
Electronic Score Report (ESR) Data Files	Scores delivered in a fixed width (.txt) or comma delimited (.csv) format you can download and import into your student information systems.
