SSD Coordinator

With the test coordinator, the SSD coordinator is responsible for validating the student data uploaded in SSOR by their school and/or district's data coordinator for registration. SSD coordinators will be granted access by their organization’s SSOR access manager. SSD coordinators will ensure students who require accommodations have them appended to their record in SSOR. For the PSAT 8/9, coordinators may append One-Time Supports during registration.

SSD Coordinator Tasks

The SSD coordinator is responsible for supporting students who will be testing with accommodations. Follow the Digital In-School Testing Checklist steps to learn your specific tasks and timelines.

SAT Suite Registration Role

After a student registration data file is submitted in SSOR, student data in the roster can only be updated by the SAT Suite registration role(s). This should be the test coordinator at the school and district and the SSD coordinator. The data coordinator should notify the staff assigned the registration role when data are submitted so they can validate and register students.

Staff with this role can view, validate, and update the data submitted to the SSOR registration roster. District staff with this role will be able to access a district-level roster for each test with consolidated student data from all their schools.

Important: This role needs to be someone who knows the students and can validate that their data, including any accommodations, are accurate. More than one person can be assigned to this role.
